On Sunday, Cokesbury Church members dedicated a blessing box in memory of William “Butch” Barfield for his many years of service to NCPD and the City of North Charleston. Laurie Barfield (wife) along with the Barfield family are standing at the blessing box site. Butch we miss you so much!
