This morning NCPD Chief Burgess and Charleston Police Chief Luther Reynolds delivered greetings to the 7th AME District Palmetto Conference at the North Charleston Convention Center. Both chiefs gave very inspirational speeches to the attendees. Chief Burgess presented the bishop with a gift from our agency.
