This week Chief Burgess attended the 25th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Portrait Awards ceremony. The awards recognize people who are leaders in the Lowcountry. The chief met Caprice Cobbs who won an award for Outstanding Community Service and Keeping the Dream Alive. NCPD congratulates Caprice and all of the award winners!
