This past weekend, NCPD’s Cops Athletic Program partnered with local non profit, “Neighbors Together” as they hosted their 1st Annual “Wellness Outreach for Women”.
At this event, women in the community were able to have a variety of health screenings done at no charge. They were given information and resources from organizations such as My Sisters House, Shifa Clinic and more.
They were also welcomed to have their vehicles serviced and fluids topped off at the Car Care Clinic that was provided on site.
The volunteers and attendees were very gracious for the delicious hamburgers and hot dogs that were provided by our officers. A day of fun, laughs and a few dances was had by all. #PathForward
