Today NCPD’s Cops Athletics Program (CAP) held the annual Black History Month Observance and Celebration at Royal Missionary Baptist Church Life Center. Awards were given to citizens, community leaders, students and officers who have given outstanding service to our community. Attendees also were treated to awesome singing, music and dancing.
