NCPD officers and recruits had a blast today at Trunk or Treat events at Mary Ford Early Learning & Family Center and at North Charleston Elementary. We handed out lots of candy and saw some great costumes and displays on vehicles. We hope everyone has a happy and safe Halloween! #PathForward
