NCPD was honored to participate in the kickoff for this year’s Toys for Tots program at Festival Centre. Deputy Chief Ken Hagge joined WCBD TV Chief Meteorologist Rob Fowler, North Charleston Fire Department Battalion Chief Norman Hritz and the Marine Corps Reserve for the opening of the Toy Factory.
