NCPD celebrates Officer Jennifer Aguilera for Hispanic Heritage Month. Officer Aguilera’s parents are both from Honduras and she was born and raised in California. As a bilingual officer she is abide to help both our Spanish and English speaking community. Officer Aguilera serves in our patrol division and hopes to one day be a crime scene investigator.
