Chief Burgess is very passionate about eliminating gun violence in our community. Yesterday the chief spoke at a gun violence meeting to explain how our agency is addressing the issue. The chief said NCPD is using the S.A.R.A. model of management; scanning, analysis, response, assessment/evaluation. The chief said our agency is using a system thinking approach; understanding the nature of why situations are the way they are and how to go about improving results. #PathForward
