The "We Noticed" Program recognizes businesses, government offices, and groups in North Charleston who have exhibited their commitment to making the landscaping around the outside of their building bloom with beauty.

Program Guidelines:

"We Noticed" award winners are selected by volunteer judges. For judging purposes, North Charlston is divided into two sections, east and west, with multiple judges in each section.

Judges may nominate up to ten groups within each section during each yearly judging period.

The "We Noticed" Program takes nominations from April 1 - September 30 each year.

An organization is eligible to receive the "We Noticed" award once every two years.

"We Noticed" award winners receive: a certificate signed by Mayor Summey, a "We Noticed" button, recognition at a North Charleston City Council meeting, and have the landscaping around their builing featured on the KNCB website.
