How to Register

To register for any program, a parent or legal guardian must at the time of registration, provide the child's birth certificate (unless already on file), proof of accident insurance, and proof of residence. All registration fees must be paid at the time of registration. Anyone registering after the advertised registration period, will pay a $15.00 late registration fee. The North Charleston Recreation Department does not accept CASH. All fees must be paid in the form of a check or Money Order.
