Coming from Summerville:
From I-26E, take Exit 216 marked for Cosgrove Avenue/Naval Base.  Go through 1^st traffic light at intersection of Cosgrove & Azalea Ave.  Turn left onto Rivers Ave. at  2^nd traffic light (intersection of Cosgrove & Rivers Ave.) Turn right onto McMillan Ave. at 2^nd light (intersection of Rivers & McMillan Ave.-Naval Hospital is on the right) Go through next intersection of McMillan Ave. & Spruill, continue on McMillan Ave. until it ends at traffic light.  Turn right at the signal light onto N. Hobson.  Continue heading southeast on N. Hobson.  After a left curve, turn right at Calumet Street sign into the Cultural & Civic Center parking area.

Coming from Charleston:
From I-26W, take Exit 216 marked for Cosgrove Avenue/Naval Base.
